La Morelie has recently undergone complete restoration to the house and gardens, including a new swimming pool and newly constructed pool house.

The 7.5 acres of grounds offer complete privacy and the property is only minutes from the small market town of Saint-Cyprien.

The house contains:
• three large double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms
• comfortable living room with satellite tv/dvd, opening onto covered terrace
• family kitchen/dining room with range cooker and dishwasher, also opening onto the terrace
• utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer

The pool house contains:
• two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms
• bar area with barbeque
• shower room

The 12 x 6 metre pool uses chlorine-free filtering and has an automatic safety cover.

There is easy access and parking adjacent to all points of entry.

The prices are inclusive (bedding, towels etc.)

For those not intending to use the pool house, a discount may be available, depending on demand / time of year.

We will be delighted to discuss short breaks, extra days or any other special requirements you may have.

Please note that a refundable booking fee / deposit of £250 will be requested at the time of booking and the full price must be paid before occupation. Your deposit will be refunded in full, subject to any deductions for damage or breakages, immediately upon your return.

Bordeaux Airport is 2 hours 30 minutes from St Cyprien.
